Came by for a breakfast meeting. Lovely space with a nice patio. Perfect LA restaurant. Plenty of free parking in the back and just east across the street. Tea, cappuccinos, fruit cut, parfait, and breakfast plate was $80+ w/ 20% tip. Service was fine. Took a min to get the check. All in all, great option and will certainly be back.

Whenever someone asks me about my favorite Los Angeles brunch spot, I don't hesitate--it's The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker (BBCM). I've brought many friends here, and it never disappoints. I've had the pleasure of being served by Smerlin, who's not only quick and friendly but also spot-on with her recommendations. Take the Tempura Calamari, for example--it's perfectly crispy, and the green goddess sauce that accompanies it is nothing short of delightful. I'm not usually a fan of Eggs Benedict, but BBCM's The Butchers Benedict has won me over. They strike the perfect balance with the Hollandaise, and the muffin stays nice and firm. I always go for the short rib option, which is simply amazing. For a lighter touch, don't miss their Chia Pudding from the "brunch accessories" menu. It's not too heavy and serves as a fantastic palette cleanser with its refreshing, vanilla flavor profile--perfect for sharing. Now, the highlight for me is the Mimosa Flight. It includes a trio of flavors: orange, wild hibiscus, and strawberry. Here's a tip: skip the flight and order a bottle of bubbly with these mixers on the side for a more customizable experience. When the Mimosa Flight lands, I order their Matcha latte as a pick-me-up, which you can get in the vibrant Colorburst Latte style. Just a heads-up: make sure to be on time for your reservation, as it gets very busy during peak brunch hours.

I finally made it here!! I came here for the colorblast latte because it's just a cool looking latte. They're located in the middle of Sunset Blvd. with parking in the rear which is a huge plus already!!! Reservations can be made online, but I came during the week and I was seated within 5 minutes of checking in. I can only imagine how busy they get on the weekends. There are plenty of places to sit which is nice. I sat outside on the sidewalk area. I had the short rib sandwich with a side of salad and of course, the colorblast latte. The salad was really good and very fresh. The sandwich tasted good and came with a side of au jus. It was a filling meal which I enjoyed a lot. The whole meal was really good and you can taste the quality of the food that is served here. I'd definitely come back and try their other items.

Very cute spot indeed! Inside or out you will feel the Cali vibe here. They are strict with the time seating of 90 mins and will ensure you are out by then, so make sure your party all shows up. It def gets busy on the weekend! We had a very attentive service from a great server. So friendly and patient with our "not readiness." Service is on point here. Food wise it's actually very small selection, but they do good with the items delivered. The breakfast sandwich was very flavorful and packed, though I wish the croissant was crispier and bigger. It looked flat and too small! It didn't have the crispier taste I am accustomed to with a croissant. The items inside were on point with the over medium runny egg which added to the flavor. I recommend using knife and fork with this baby. The side potatoes were a good and seasoned so well! Presentation is good here, the drinks seem to be the stars. All ready to smile to our ever ready camera! Didn't get to take pic of the libations our party got! They do make off menu non-alcoholic drinks too so that's a plus! Street parking overall easy to find if you get here early enough. Cost about $25-$30 a person and auto tips added to party of 6+ with bills split only 4 ways. Just some side notes to know of.

Located right off Sunset Blvd is this homey cafe. If you see a crowd in the front, that's it. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant, so go into the driveway that says "Sunset Plaza parking." I like that they give the option to sit indoors or outdoors. It's best to make a reservation as it seems to be busy no matter what day of the week or time of the day it is. Service was very good. Staff were friendly and mostly attentive. We decided to sit outside as it was a very nice day out. Our waiter was kind enough to adjust the umbrella a few times to ensure we had sufficient shade from the sun while we ate. As for the food... 1. The Butcher's Egg Benedict with Beef Short rib (5/5) Visually pleasing with the runny egg yolk on top to the bursting flavors as you bite into this benedict. The hollandaise sauce is creamy and the short rib flavor was robust, but not too overwhelming. My least favorite part was the buttermilk biscuit as it was heavy and a bit dry. Otherwise, a great dish. You have a choice of sides - potatoes, salad or fresh fruits. 2. Skillet Baked Mushroom Omelet (3.5/5) Comes in a hot skillet packet with hen of the woods mushrooms, onion jam, parmesan cheese, potato, kale chips and a side of toasted wheat bread. In addition, you have a choice of sides - potatoes, salad or fresh fruits. Overall, it was ok, nothing spectacular. Both my friend and I felt the dish was a bit too sweet. The kale chips were our favorite; nice and crispy. 3. Colorburst Latte (4/5) A truly beautiful latte indeed, but flavor is nothing special -- just a latte. You're paying for the visually pleasing art work. I am curious though as to what they use for the coloring -- artificial coloring? 4. Mexican Mocha (3/5) Rich, sweet and chocolatey. If you have a sweet-tooth and like chocolate, then this is for you. Otherwise, it could be too sweet for others. Service = good Ambiance = good Food = Average

Met my gfs for a late brunch at 2 pm on Sunday! They luckily changed my reservation by a couple hours due to car trouble. I enjoyed all the dishes- we ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich, and the chicken Panini. If you get a tea they charge for refills- they didn't mention this. My sister and friend each a cold brew with a shot of baileys and enjoyed it. We sat in the back patio it was nice and quiet. Great for a date, girls day, brunch, lunch etc! Bring your friends and enjoy the atmosphere. There is parking in the back!
